Possible errors and their solutions

Error when starting the panel

Problem:

Solution: remove .../Panel folder/VertigoBoostPanel.exe from the sandbox, only .../Panel folder/Lib/client/VertigoBoostClient.exe should be in the sandbox.


Error when logging into the panel

Problem:

Solution: you need to go to your profile on the site and click on the button "Reset hwid", then you will receive an email about resetting hwid, where you need to click on the button. After that you will be able to enter the panel.


Error when launching accounts

Problem #1: the panel starts only one account without sandboxing and does not enter data automatically, the indicator near the account is red.

Solution: if the accounts have mafiles, go to the config editor section and click on the "Configure accounts" button.

NB! The mafiles must not be encrypted!

If this doesn't work for you, you need to log in to each account manually.

Problem #2: The panel starts accounts in sandbox and does not enter the data
automatically, the indicator of the account is yellow.

Solution: you need to download an old version of steam - https://tedonstore.com/download/steam.zip

Problem #3: the indicator of the account is yellow, steam does not start or steam starts but CS2 does not start.

Solution: you need to download the Nvidia video card driver version 546.65. You can download by this link: https://www.nvidia.com/download/find.aspx.

Problem #4:

Solution: you need to check the integrity of the game files outside the sandbox

Problem #5: steam starts, but there are no fields for data entry.

Solution: delete the .../Steam/config folder and click the "Configure accounts" button in the config editor section.


Errors when inviting to the game

Problem #1: the panel clicks on windows, but the game doesn't respond.

Solution:
1. Disable the integrated video card in Device Manager (if available).
2. Open \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\TedonSoftware in the registry.
3. Delete deviceID and vendorID.
4. Delete folder .../Steam/userdata.
5. Restart the panel.
6. Turn on the integrated video card.

NB! All accounts should have prime and preferably no friends in steam.
Steam, CS2 and the panel must be installed on the C drive.

Problem #2: pop-up notification does not allow invitations to the lobby

Solution: make the third button red on the config editor page, it blocks not only news but also the steam store

Problem #3: firewall notification prevents the panel from clicking on the game window

Solution: uncheck the notification checkboxes in the firewall settings or turn it off
